You can't beat the convenience or the price. Chip comes to your home, brings an amazing array of chemicals and tools (even his own water supply), hand washes and waxes the exterior, painstakingly cleans the interior, and will even clean up your engine if desired, all for around a couple hundred dollars. He can even do minor body work if desired.

In my case, I didn't need a wax job and the engine was pretty clean, so he did a thorough interior cleaning and exterior wash for $125. The interior transformation was incredible - blackish upholstery stains that I had been unable to remove myself simply melted away, and every nook and cranny was now spotless. He applied a nice, understated finish to the vinyl (not the garish shiny Armor All look). The only shortcomings were minor: Chip couldn't fix a small burn hole in the upholstery and he didn't get the headliner as clean as everything else, but these limitations only show that he's human, not superman.

Since a serious auto detailing job can take 4 or more hours, it's a huge convenience that Chip comes to your house to do the work. I don't know how wide a geographic area he serves, but if he'll come to your location, he's worth every penny he charges.

Chip did both of our cars on the same day at our house. He did a fantastic job! He's very detailed, and made the cars look like new! He was a pleasure to work with, and clearly enjoys what he does!
